I went to study to Barcelona because I had always wanted to know the city. But I also wanted to learn Spanish so I found this school. I had first decided to complete only the first level (beginners’s course) but after the first month I wanted to learn more so I stayed for 1 month more. The price also got lower so that was a good thing! The school is really small and in my group there were only 7 other students. It made the learning easier because the teachers could dedicate more time for each and everyone. The best thing was all the new friends I got!

I had a great time at Olé. I chose this school because the prices were lower than in other school, and I was not disappointed at all. I studied for 4 weeks with 20 hours a week. A very good thing was that the group was small, we were only 6 people, and the students were all from different countries. The teachers were very professional but relaxed at the same time. The only thing I would maybe improve is to have some more space for the students to sit around during the breaks. But on the other side, there are nice cafes right outside, and you can also spend your time using the internet in the school.. All in all, it was a very nice experience.

I studied in Olé for 3 months this autumn and have very nice memories from the school. The main reason to choose Olé was because I could get CSN, Swedish financial aid for studies. It was also my choice because the prices were not very high compared to other schools. I thought the school had a really nice atmosphere among the students and the school staff. The teachers were great and we had a lot of fun in the lessons. Every Thursday night there was Olé Meetup when some teachers from the school went out with us students. What I liked about the school was also where it was situated, it was not far away from the Ramblas, only a couple of metro stations and at walking distance as well. I have recommended this school for many of my Swedish friends, which is great, because then they get a Let´s be amigos-discount for their own course. I am definitely planning to return to Olé as well.

I was at this Spanish school in April this year for an intensive course. I chose the school mainly for two reasons: a) because it's one of the cheapest schools in Barcelona (and it had to be Barcelona ;) and b) it has small groups. I was in a class with only five other students which was perfect. The school itself isn't in anyway fancy but very close to the neighborhood of Raval (the artsy part of the city with lots of nice bars and galleries) but it has all you need: computers, Wifi, coffee, free printing, a library to borrow DVDs etc. And the atmosphere there was very informal, warm and friendly - the teachers joking with each other and the students. At the end you receive a certificate that shows at which level you finished (I did one level in 5 weeks - I think there are 6 in total) and the nice thing is that it has the logo of the instituto cervantes (like the british council or the goethe institute) on it as well because the school is a member which gives it some official quality seal. All in all – muy bueno.
