Our Malaga school consists of three separate buildings which are located less than 25 meters apart. These buildings are beautiful, typical Andalusian villas, which are just 100 meters away from the beach. Classes are occasionally held on one of the patios or outside on the roof terrace.

Spanish classes at Sprachcaffe Malaga:

Standard course:

• Course duration: minimum 2 weeks
• Classes: 4 lessons per day, each of 45 minutes, 5 course days per week
• Minimum age: 18 years old; 16-17 accepted with parental or guardian authorization
• Levels: basic, intermediate, advanced
• Starting dates: throughout the year

 

Intensive Course:

• Course duration: minimum 1 week
• Classes: 6 lessons per day, each of 45 minutes, 5 course days per week
• Minimum age: 18 years old; 16-17 accepted with parental or guardian authorization
• Levels: basic, intermediate, advanced
• Starting dates: throughout the year

 

Individual lessons:

• Course duration: minimum 1 week
• Classes: 2, 4 or 6 lessons per day, each of 45 minutes, as requested
• Class size: 1 student
• Minimum age: 18 years old; 16-17 accepted with parental or guardian authorization
• Levels: basic, intermediate, advanced
• Starting dates: throughout the year
  

Long-term course:

• Course duration: minimum 8 weeks
• Classes: 4 or 6 lessons per day, each of 45 minutes, 5 course days per week
• Minimum age: 18 years old; 16-17 accepted with parental or guardian authorization
• Levels: basic, intermediate, advanced
• Starting dates: throughout the year

Our students come from all over the world, so that students will profit from a nationality mix. Countries students come from are i.e. Germany, the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, France, Brazil, Japan, Italy and many more. The average age of our students in Malaga is  approx. 28 years in winter and 22 years during summer season. The max. number of students per class varies with the type of language course is usually 10 students per class.

Activities in Malaga:

Malaga has something for everyone – and not just underwater! There are a lot of interesting places to see.

Places of Interest:

• Malaga cathedral
• Fortresses Gibralfaro and Alcazaba
• the Roman Theatre
• the Picasso Museum
• bull fighting ring, etc.

Furthermore our Sprachcaffe Team in Malaga organizes various activities and full- or half-day excursions such as guided tours, visits to museaums or beachvoelly turnaments. Please note that depending on the activity and excursion extra costs may apply.

Accommodation options in Malaga:

Apartments:

All the apartments offer the choice of single and double rooms. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The accommodation is self-catering, however Sprachcaffe organizes basic cleaning.

We offer 3 types of apartment of differing level of comfort; they vary in their equipment, location and cleaning service. The apartments with a higher comfort level offer a better location and are furnished to a higher standard. Cleaning is more frequent each week in these apartments. Our options:

• Standard apartment
• Comfort apartment
• Comfort PLUS apartment

Studios:

You can book a single or double studio, and each flat has a private bathroom and a kitchenette. In this way you can have your own apartment, and you don’t need to share the kitchen and bathroom with other people. Double studios can only be booked by students travelling together. Our studios are often located by the sea!

• Cleaning once a week

Host Familiy:

The host families are open, helpful and friendly. On your first day they will help you become familiar with your new daily life: keys, meal times, use of the washing machine etc. The family provides bed linen, but students should bring their own towels.

You can book a single or double room. Half board (i.e. breakfast and dinner) is included in the price.
